Job Description
🎯 Your Mission
As a Buyer Hotels Switzerland, you will take ownership of one of Voyage Privé’s most strategic and diverse European destinations, as part of our Nordics team.
Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, you will develop, grow and manage our hotel portfolio across Switzerland, covering the country’s key leisure and city-break destinations, including the Alps, Swiss lakes, major cities and wellness resorts.
This is a sourcing and growth mission for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment. You will be responsible for expanding our Swiss portfolio, identifying the best opportunities in the market, negotiating attractive commercial conditions and building a high-performing hotel offer for our members.
You will be the key point of contact for our hotel partners in Switzerland. Their relationship with Voyage Privé will run through you.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Own and grow the Swiss hotel portfolio across all key regions and destinations, including Alpine resorts, lakeside destinations, major cities and wellness properties.
Source new hotel partners and diversify the offer, including luxury hotels, ski resorts, boutique properties, family resorts, wellness hotels and regional gems.
Negotiate exclusive campaigns and competitive commercial conditions with hotel partners to achieve ambitious revenue and margin targets.
Develop strong, long-term relationships with hoteliers, General Managers, Revenue Managers, regional directors and local tourism stakeholders.
Manage a mixed portfolio of direct contracting relationships and DMC partnerships effectively.
Be the face of Voyage Privé in the Swiss market: pitch, onboard and develop new partnerships, while being comfortable approaching new contacts proactively.
Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Content and Marketing, to maximize campaign performance, visibility and slot allocation.
Monitor market dynamics, including seasonality, pricing pressure, demand trends and the competitive landscape, and build proactive action plans.
Identify gaps in the portfolio and create targeted sourcing plans to strengthen our coverage and offer differentiation.
Travel regularly across Switzerland to meet partners, visit hotels and represent Voyage Privé at relevant industry events.
Contribute to the commercial strategy of the Nordics team by sharing market insights, best practices and growth opportunities.
